Hi, I’m Brian, here’s a bit about me. I started brokering in 2007 with the clear vision of making a difference in peoples lives. Often times when people go to the bank for a mortgage, they get treated like a number because banks are in the business of making money… and time is money.

As an independent mortgage expert, I don’t have quota’s to fill, rather I have the privilege of spending all the time my clients need in order for them to feel comfortable with the process. There’s no 2 ways about it, mortgage financing can be very complicated at times. I enjoy educating my clients and encourage them to ask as many questions as possible throughout the entire mortgage process. Understanding why a certain product is being chosen is crucial, and in my opinion the only way to go.

I work with a lot of first time home buyers and homeowners who are looking to make a change to their mortgage. I also enjoy working with self-employed individuals.
